Our brand, our label, our History

Our company was founded by the will of two families from Campobasso. Lovers about cooking, truffles, wines and land products, they decided starting a craft creating delicious creams with truffles and flavored products like honey and oil. The raw material was available there, in their land, the enchanting Molise. The region is reach in truffles and few people know that just from here a big quantity of splendid specimens starts everyday for the major markets, included the north region Piemonte.

Sebastiano, one of the founders, with its truffle dogs in the charming hinterland of the region. Quarryman professional and impassioned since 1975, he personally trains its four-legged friends.

The Laboratory:

The laboratory is a creative place where savory and innovative products take shape.
Our expert staff guarantees a strict control during all the production phases, starting with the selection of ingredients coming to a careful sterilization thanks to the availment of modern technologies.
Here are some phases of workmanship of the products, that happen with maximum care. The last phase foresees a sterilization with different cycles in base to the type of product. For instance a phase of heating, a phase of maintenance of the temperature that from the 100 to the 120 degrees and a phase of cooling of the product. The management of the society is like a little family.

At the end the products are bridges to be delivered.
The wrappings are of all the dimensions, this is a wrapping of only oil to the truffle but the most greater part of the consignments they are mixed. Our client is generally the small directed consumer or however small shops of territorial specialty in
